Usage |
| These terms and conditions are in addition to any that were
agreed when joining our Affiliate Scheme through Affiliate Window,
Tradedoubler or Webgains. |

In our terms and conditions the following
definitions will apply :
1. "The Affiliate" refers to the company or person
that is publishing content on their website(s).
2. "Tooled-Up" refers to Tooled-Up.com Ltd and to
our website www.tooled-up.com.
3. "Affiliate Resources facility" refers to our system
that provides our affiliates with content over and above that
found in our various third party affiliate schemes. |

| Tooled-Up.com reserve the right to rescind access to the Affiliate
Resources facility if any of our terms and conditions are breached,
at any time, and without warning. |

| Liability |
Tooled-Up.com will not be held liable for any losses that
may arise through the use of any content published within the
Affiliate Resources facility.
We will not be liable for any lost commission payments in the
case of errors in content or tracking information. It is the
Affiliates responsibility to ensure that any links will track
correctly for their website. |

The Affiliate is granted access to our confidential data for
the sole purpose of promoting Tooled-Up.com products and offers
to generate the Affiliate commission on any sales that arise
from such promotional activity.
Any Affiliate found to be utilising the data in any other manner
will be suspended from the Affiliate Resource facility, and
reported to the respective Affiliate Scheme. We will pursue
legal action against any Affiliate found to be profiting directly
from utilising the data in a manner not allowed by our terms
and conditions. |
